Job Introduction

The Lincolnshire Leaving Care Service is growing and evolving – and we want you to be part of our exciting journey. With a clear vision to achieve an outstanding service, we’re expanding our team and offering two permanent positions within our teams in Lincoln and Louth

About the Role

Leaving Care is never easy for any young person, it is vital that any potential candidate can understand, recognise and manage risk and vulnerability to keep our young people safe.  Safe and stable accommodation is a vital part of a young person's life and providing support and guidance to those homeless, or at risk of homelessness will be a major part of this role
