Maternity Cover Opportunity – 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract
We are pleased to offer a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover position within the Interim Mosaic Purchase Team (IMPT). This role provides valuable support to the team and offers a great opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

The Role

As an Administrator in the IMPT, you’ll play a key role in:

  • Monitoring and processing cases on the case management system.
  • Prioritising and managing data for various care types.
  • Ensuring accuracy through cross-checking with reports.
  • Supporting colleagues and mentoring new starters.
  • Maintaining up-to-date process guides and ensuring compliance.

We are looking for people with

  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Close attention to detail.
  • Accurate data entry skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • An ability to work independently and as part of a team.
