Anti-social Behaviour System Navigator

1 x Fixed Term Post - contract end date 31/03/2027 

Grade 8: £34314 - £37938

As part of a new Anti-Social Behaviour Project, the successful candidates will be instrumental in exploring and advancing new ways of working to reduce high risk, high harm repeat levels of ASB.  The roles will include co-ordination of key agencies to manage effective multi-agency responses to adult victims of Anti-Social Behaviour within Lincolnshire. 

The successful candidates will also play an integral part in designing, reviewing and implementing an operational model, including creation of supporting documentation, policies and procedures.  Additionally capturing evidence of impact and learning to shape wider service development.

We therefore require someone with a breadth of skills and knowledge. An awareness of the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime & Policing Act 2014 and the Victims' Commissioner report 'Still living a nightmare: Understanding the experiences of victims of ASB 2024', would be beneficial. Experience of working with Adult Services would be advantageous.
