- Contract: 15-month fixed-term Apprenticeship
- Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week
- Salary: £19,293 – £24,413 per annum (Please note: The successful candidate will start at the bottom of the pay scale apprentice rate – Grade 1, unless you are 21 and above where you will start on scale point 2)
- Location: Multiple locations across Lincolnshire

What you’ll do
As an Apprentice Administrator, you’ll join our Business Support team and contribute to the vital work of departments such as Children’s Services, Highways, or Fire and Rescue. You’ll:
- Gain hands-on experience in administrative tasks.
- Build relationships across various teams.
- Develop key customer service skills that will set you up for a successful career.

What you need
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning.
- Proof of English and Maths qualifications (Level 1 or above).
- You must not already hold a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner qualification.

Fluency Duty
