We currently have multiple Apprentice Administrator - fixed-term apprenticeship roles based in Lincoln, Boston and Louth.

What you’ll do 

As an Apprentice Administrator, you’ll join our Business Support team and contribute to the vital work of departments such as Children’s Services, Highways, or Fire and Rescue. You’ll: 

  • Gain hands-on experience in administrative tasks.
  • Build relationships across various teams.
  • Develop key customer service skills that will set you up for a successful career.

What you need 

  • A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning.
  • Proof of English and Maths qualifications (Level 1 or above).
  • You must not already hold a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner qualification.
