We are pleased to offer a part-time vacancy (14.5 hours per week) within the Mablethorpe Children's Centre.

We are looking for a friendly team player to work front of house in our busy children’s centres. Must be enthusiastic, be able to work as part of a team and be willing to work front of house meeting and greeting families and services.

About the role:

The Business Support requirements within a Children’s Centre are varied and the safety and comfort of our customers is paramount and excellent customer service is a key component of this. Working 22.5 hours per week as an administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our offices.

The working pattern will be:

Thursday 08:30-16:30 and Friday 08:30-16:00

 

 Your responsibilities may include:

  • Provide excellent customer service to customers.
  • Managing and organising office documents and records.
  • Signposting families to appropriate workers and information.
  • Support with initiatives to promote sessions and engagement of families this includes creation and scheduling of Facebook posts.
  • Providing support to various departments as needed.
  • Maintaining office supplies and equipment.

Who we’re looking for:

  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
