Join Our Team as a Homes Manager at Robin House!

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children? We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Homes Manager to join our team at Robin House, a therapeutic Children's Residential Home in Lincoln.


About the Role

As the Registered Manager, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing, praising, and understanding the children in our care. Your dedication will help them thrive and make exceptional progress. You will be part of a supportive management team, with guidance from a Service Lead to assist with the demands of the role.


About Robin House

Robin House is a therapeutic home for children aged 6 to 15. We work closely with Clinical Psychologists and Complex Needs Team Link Workers to provide excellent in-house care. Our model combines trauma-informed practice, social pedagogy, attachment theory, and therapeutic care to create a homely environment where children feel safe and can express themselves. Making a real difference and seeing the children achieve positive outcomes makes this a fulfilling and rewarding role.


About You

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A proven track record of effective leadership with residential care teams and external stakeholders.
  • Previous management experience within children's services
  • A QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management or equivalent, or be willing to work towards it
  • The ability to work with Ofsted to ensure compliance with Children's Homes Regulations and Quality Care Standards
  • A passion for supporting and developing staff and integrating the home into the community
