The role will be instrumental in analysing how services are performing. The post holder will be responsible for critically analysing a diverse and complex range of data to ensure that it is accurate and fit for purpose. To promote understanding within the Council and with external partners of the benefits and results of the Team's activities.
About the team
The aim of the Lincolnshire Community Equipment Service is to deliver an efficient, integrated community equipment service which seeks to contribute to the prevention of admission, facilitate early discharge from hospital and enhance the ability of adults and children to maintain as independent a lifestyle as possible both at home and in school.
About you
To be successful in this role candidates will ideally have the following skills/experience;
• Experience of working in Local Government/ NHS or community equipment;
• Ability to independently analyse and verify the accuracy of data Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong database management skills (e.g. Microsoft Access) with the technical ability to build advanced formulae develop and maintain macros and queries;
• Ability to rapidly assimilate complex information and identify business opportunities for process improvement;
• Ability to write clear and unambiguous reports and develop and document business processes; and
• Understanding of Contract Management and/or Procurement practices.
