Salary: £30,024 - £32,597 pro rata
Location: Skegness, covering East Lindsey (travel across Lincolnshire as required)

We have an exciting opportunity to join the Future4Me team as a Community Interventions Worker, supporting children as they navigate their journey towards positive, successful futures.
Due to recent changes in immigration law in the UK we are unable to offer skilled worker visa sponsorship for this role as it does not meet the requirements of RQF Level 6
About the role
The role is part time working 18.5 hours per week. You will be based in Skegness and cover the East Lindsey area. At times travel to other parts of Lincolnshire will be required to support service delivery.
In this rewarding role, you’ll work with children open to Future4Me on both a voluntary and statutory basis, delivering a range of high-quality, restorative interventions. These include:
- One-to-one and group sessions
- Reparation and unpaid work activities
- Strength-based support to build personal and social skills
- Helping young people access education, training, and employment opportunities
Your work will play a vital role in safeguarding, preventing first-time entry to the criminal justice system, and reducing reoffending—while also helping to bring resolution and restoration to victims and communities
About you
We’re seeking someone who:
- Builds trust and rapport quickly with children and young people
- Has a calm, reassuring presence and a supportive approach
- Understands the challenges young people face in today’s world
- Is confident working with ages 8-18.
- Is able to plan and deliver safe, focused, imaginative activities.
- Has practical skills or experience in hands-on tasks such as basic DIY, creative projects, or outdoor work.

General
