Job Introduction
We are seeking a flexible and reliable Zero Hours Site Manager to support our academy trust on an ad hoc basis. You will play a key role in ensuring our 11 school sites are safe, secure, and well-maintained, stepping in to cover absences or provide additional support when needed.
Key Responsibilities
Opening and closing school sites as required
Carrying out basic maintenance and repairs
Ensuring health and safety standards are maintained
Supporting contractors and overseeing site access
Responding to urgent site issues across multiple locations including Boston, Spalding, Gedney and Old Leake.
Essential Criteria:
Full, clean driving licence (travel between academy sites is required)
Ability to work flexibly and independently
Good communication and organisational skills
Practical and hands on approach
Desirable Criteria:
Previous site management, caretaking or facilities experience
Trade/Construction experience
