The best way to predict the future is to create it. If you're driven by purpose, inspired by possibility, and ready to lead bold change, this is your chance to be at the forefront of regional transformation working closely with senior leaders, including the Chief Executive, to deliver meaningful change and lasting impact for Greater Lincolnshire.

This role calls for a strategic thinker, a skilled navigator of political landscapes, and someone deeply committed to making a difference through public service. You will champion excellence in governance, lead with financial integrity, and foster a culture where innovation and continuous improvement thrive.
