Location: Lincoln, with occasional travel across Greater Lincolnshire and partner locations

This is a unique opportunity to lead some of the most important growth and infrastructure priorities in one of the UK's largest and most ambitious areas. As Head of Infrastructure and Planning, you will play a pivotal role in delivering the infrastructure, planning policies and investment needed to unlock new homes, create jobs, support businesses and drive sustainable growth across Greater Lincolnshire. 

Reporting to the Deputy Director for Growth and Investment, you will be responsible for the development of the Greater Lincolnshire Spatial Development Strategy, champion major infrastructure investment, and work with government, local authorities, utilities, developers and investors to deliver long-term change. From energy infrastructure and water resilience to strategic growth sites and connectivity, your work will directly influence the future prosperity of our communities and economy. 

We're looking for an inspiring and collaborative leader with significant experience in planning, infrastructure or strategic growth, excellent partnership skills, and the vision to turn ambitious plans into real-world outcomes.

Please note, this role is with the Greater Lincolnshire Combined County Authority (GLCCA), not with Lincolnshire County Council.

Location and travel
 The role will be based on-site in Lincoln, with occasional travel across Greater Lincolnshire and to partner locations.
