Head of Strategy and Performance

Working Pattern: Full-time, 37 hours per week
Salary: £60,050 - £65,878
Location: Lincoln, with occasional travel across Greater Lincolnshire and to partner locations.
Closing Date: Sunday 26 April 2026
Interviews: Week commencing 4 May 2026


This is a key strategic leadership role at the heart of the combined authority. As Head of Strategy and Performance, you will drive clarity of direction, ensure effective performance management, and turn evidence and insight into impactful programmes for Greater Lincolnshire.

 

With a strong background in policy development, performance frameworks and applied research, you will support informed decision‑making and delivery across the organisation. Experienced in operating in a political environment, you will build strong partnerships to align priorities and unlock shared opportunities.

Please note, this role is with the Greater Lincolnshire Combined County Authority (GLCCA), not with Lincolnshire County Council.

Location and travel
The role will be based on-site in Lincoln, with occasional travel across Greater Lincolnshire and to partner locations.
