We’re looking for an HR Coordinator to join our small, friendly Resourcing Team, supporting recruitment across Lincolnshire County Council. You’ll work in a dynamic, fast-moving environment, helping secure the talent that keeps vital services running for residents across the county and beyond.
About the team
You’ll be part of our broader People function, collaborating closely with colleagues across Resourcing, Advisory, Talent, and Learning. People are at the heart of everything we do, so strong communication, collaboration, and attention to detail are key.
Our values guide everything we do, and we are looking for individuals who share our passion for living these values and making a positive difference.
What you’ll be doing

- Liaising with candidates, hiring managers, and senior leaders
- Arranging interviews and supporting assessment centres
- Supporting social media and attraction campaigns
- Maintaining recruitment systems, data, and reports
- Leading or contributing to individual projects alongside day-to-day operations
From roads being built, to children being supported safely, to heritage sites, social care, IT, finance, transport, environmental services, and more — the roles you help recruit have a direct impact on communities.
What we’re looking for
You’ll be:
- Adaptable and comfortable handling shifting priorities
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- Confident communicating with people at all levels
- Resilient, with a sense of humour and a positive mindset
- Happy working both independently and as part of a close-knit team
Experience in HR, recruitment, or administration is helpful, but just as important is your willingness to learn, contribute proactively, and make a difference.
