Job Introduction

Are you interested in inspiring and motivating young people to achieve their potential?  We are looking for a Functional Skills / GCSE English Tutor to deliver engaging and relevant Functional Skills / GCSE English sessions to young people.

Due to recent changes in immigration law in the UK we are unable to offer skilled worker visa sponsorship for this role as it does not meet the requirements of RQF Level 6.

About the Role

InspireU learning environments are small and friendly with class sizes being no bigger than 14 - 16. We have sites across Lincolnshire at Boston, Grantham, Lincoln, Louth, Ruskington, Skegness and Spalding.

In this role you will be delivering inspiring and engaging Functional Skills / GCSE English sessions where learners can develop the English skills required to make the next steps into adulthood and employability. Our key learning and teaching ethos is for learning to be active and teaching to be adaptive

We value the differences in learner starting points and we are keen for all our learners to make progress.

Our vision is for every learner to realise and achieve their potential.

About Us

The team consists of other Tutors, Wellbeing Coaches, Job Coaches, Provision Management and Employment Officers who all have the same vision - for every learner to realise and achieve their potential

About You

You will have effective behaviour management skills and be able to travel to other sites when required. You will have a solutions focused mindset with a 'can do' attitude.

If you have the experience, skills, knowledge and enthusiasm we are seeking or you are looking for your first teaching role, then we look forward to hearing from you
