Job Title: Intern - Transformation Team  (Placement Year - Undergraduate)
Working Pattern: Full-time, hybrid (Lincoln base, August/September 2026 start, up to 12 months)
Salary: £25,989
Location: Lincoln (hybrid working model)

As one of the largest County Councils in the Country, this internship is designed to provide you with practical experience in a fast-paced, political and collaborative environment. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to work alongside experienced project managers and business analysts within the Council's Transformation Team.

The internship is open to current year 2 under-graduate students only who are seeking a placement before continuing their final year of study in 2026/27.

The placement will commence in August/September 2026 for a period of up to 12 months. The role is based within our Lincoln site and encompasses a hybrid working model where you will combine working from home with time on site based on the needs of the service.

Working on a range of the council's transformational and priority projects, you'll get to find out what it's like working with us, and gain all kinds of new experiences to put on your CV.
