We have a position available in our North and South Kesteven team for a Level 2 Community Care Officer within Occupational Therapy based in Grantham. You must be able to travel across the area as required for the role.
About our Team:
We require a Community Care Officer to work in Adult Care within one of our locality Occupational Therapy teams. Our locality teams consist of an OT Area Manager, an OT Lead Practitioner, Occupational Therapists and Community Care Officers. Team members undertake functional assessments, provide equipment and recommend environment adaptations. We use a strength-based approach to support individuals to meet their outcomes and to maximise their independence. The team is very friendly and welcoming, we enjoy going for lunches, having coffee and cake, and talking about our holidays and dogs.
