Job Introduction

An exciting position has become available for a Pension Administrator to join our friendly team within Payroll, Pensions and People Administration.  If you have excellent customer service, a good eye for detail, great organisation skills and are good with numbers, then we want to hear from you! 

The Pensions Team provides the administration of Lincolnshire County Council's four Pension Schemes: The Local Government Pension Scheme ; the Teachers Pension Scheme; the Fire Pension Scheme and the NHS Pension Scheme. circa 12000 Records 

About you

You will have an aptitude for learning, problem solving and continuous improvement. You will demonstrate strong critical thinking skills and the ability to ask insightful, targeted questions to drive clarity and informed decision-making.

You will be able to organise and prioritise your workload to meet deadlines, have a good eye for detail, be able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team and adopt a proactive approach to any work assigned. Previous experience of working within the Public Sector Pension environment is also desirable but not essential 

You will have, GCSE’s grade 9-4 / A-C, in English and Maths or equivalent and experience of working in an office environment.
