Team Manager - Community Wellbeing

Job Introduction

Team Manager – Community Wellbeing, based in the beautiful town of Louth.

Be part of an organisation with a commitment to securing a positive supportive future for the people of Lincolnshire. We are proud to have a management team that leads with purpose, quality and heart.

We are a high performing Community Wellbeing team, committed to strengths based, personalised practice that achieves meaningful outcomes for people and communities. As a Team Manager, you will provide confident, compassionate leadership to a skilled team of practitioners, embedding strengths based approaches, positive risk management and personalised safeguarding. You will oversee quality practice, performance and decision making in complex cases, ensuring statutory responsibilities are met while keeping people’s outcomes at the centre of everything we do

We are a highly developmental and supportive team. You will play a key role in coaching, mentoring and supervising colleagues, nurturing talent, building confidence and creating an environment where people are valued, challenged and supported to grow. You’ll work closely with partners and commissioners, champion place based working, and help shape continuous improvement within a team that embraces new ways of thinking and working.

This is a highly developmental role within a team that values coaching, learning and collaboration. If you’re a values‑driven leader who believes that great outcomes start with strong, supported teams, we’d love to hear from you.
