We have an exciting opportunity for three Visitor Experience Officers to join our team.
Lincoln Museum and Usher Gallery is a prestigious visitor attraction in Lincoln and we are looking for engaging people who will enjoy working with a great team,
You'll welcome visitors and help them to explore the site and talk to them about the Museum and Art Gallery's wonderful collections. You'll also demonstrate excellent people skills and put these into practice greeting visitors, working in our shop and exhibition spaces.
Lincoln Museum and Usher Gallery is a truly unique place to work but this will be a demanding role and you will need to be confident working to performance targets.
We have three vacancies operating on a rota system covering 20 or 25 hours per week, including some evenings and weekend shifts.
About you:
You'll have experience in customer service and sales, a great eye for detail and a genuine interest in Archaeology, Art and the visitor attraction industry. Above all else, you will make sure that every single person who visits the site has an unforgettable experience and will want to come back and visit us time and time again.
