Business Support Administrator Opportunities

  • Salary: £24,796 – £25,989 (Grade 3, pro-rata for part-time hours. Please note: The successful candidate will start at the bottom of the pay scale)
  • Hours: 8 x full-time (37 hrs) and 1 x part-time (30 hrs) roles available
  • Contract Types: Permanent and Fixed Term (to November 2026)
  • Locations: Lincoln (County Offices, Lancaster House, Lincoln North CC, Welton CC, Cherry Willingham CC), Grantham, Stamford, Bourne
  • Closing Date: Midnight, Monday 15th September 2025

About the role: 

As a Business Support administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our offices. Your responsibilities may include: 

  • Managing and organising office documents and records.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
  • Assisting with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.
  • Providing support to various departments/ services as needed.
  • Maintaining office supplies and equipment.

Who we’re looking for 

We are looking for people with  

  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • An ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
