Join Lincolnshire County Council as a Corporate Systems Support Assistant, where you’ll be the first point of contact for users needing support on our internal business systems. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with great customer service skills who enjoys working collaboratively and thrives on delivering solutions.
What you'll be doing:
- Acting as front-line support for our Corporate Systems – handling phone and portal-based queries
- Investigating and resolving issues, or escalating them to the appropriate team with all necessary detail
- Maintaining accurate records of tickets, resolutions, and common issues
- Assisting with data cleansing and upholding system integrity
- Training Record & Access Control Management
- Contributing to ongoing service improvements and supporting our transformation agenda
What we're looking for:
- Strong communication skills - confident speaking with colleagues and customers at all levels
- A methodical approach with great attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Proactive team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision
- Good IT skills, including confident use of Excel
- Experience using core business systems ideally Mosaic social care case management system or Business World ERP system (or equivalent)
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, takes pride in their customer service, and wants to grow their technical knowledge of core applications in a supportive team.
