About the role
As an HR Advisor in our Schools HR Team, you’ll be the first point of contact for a group of Lincolnshire schools, providing guidance on a wide range of people matters; from day-to-day queries through to supporting with employee relations cases, policies, and change programmes.
You’ll work alongside our HR Business Partners and Senior HR Advisors to deliver a high-quality traded HR service to schools, helping them navigate areas such as attendance, performance, disciplinary, grievance, recruitment, restructures, and terms and conditions. You’ll also play an active role in triaging new casework, offering proactive advice, and collaborating with colleagues to support good outcomes for schools and staff.
This is a varied and people-focused role where you’ll be able to develop your professional HR skills in a supportive team environment.
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone with:
A Level 5 CIPD qualification (or working towards it)
Some experience in HR within a complex organisation
A solid understanding of employment law and HR best practice
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive, collaborative, and solution-focused approach
