Salary: £24,796 - £25,989

Location: Hybrid, with contractual bases in Lincoln, Sleaford and Horncastle

Are you passionate about making a difference to the lives of children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)? We are excited to announce an opening for 3 SEND Assistant Caseworkers to come and join our passionate and dynamic SEND team. 

About the Role:

The SEND Assistant Caseworker role ensures the smooth and efficient completion of key statutory processes to support the Local Authority to meet requirements outlined in the SEND code of practice. This includes processing Education, health and social care needs assessment requests and working closely with young people, their families and education settings to ensure all evidence is captured to facilitate robust decision-making. SEND Assistant Caseworkers play an instrumental administration role within the SEND Team to ensure efficient service delivery to support children, young people and their families.

We have three full time, permanent posts available in the Lincoln West Lindsey, North/South Kesteven and East Lindsey SEND teams.  

About You:

We are looking for someone who is an effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills. In addition, you will need to have strong verbal and written skills for communicating with a range of people and be well organised, with an ability to work under pressure and to deadlines. If you are looking for progression and the opportunity to develop and grow the SEND team is a great place to do it!
