SEND Assistant Caseworker

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)? We are excited to announce two openings for SEND Assistant Caseworkers to come and join our passionate and dynamic SEND teams.


About the role:

The SEND Assistant Caseworker role ensures the smooth and efficient completion of EHC needs assessments, ensuring that children and young people receive the appropriate services and provision to meet their needs and support them in achieving the best possible education, health and care outcomes.

We have two full time posts available - one permanent post in the Lincoln West Lindsey team and one fixed term (until 31/01/2026) in the North Kesteven South Kesteven team.


About you:

We are looking for someone who is an effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills. In addition you will need to have strong verbal and written skills for communicating with a range of people and be well organised, with an ability to work under pressure and to deadlines. If you are looking for progression and the opportunity to develop and grow the SEND team is a great place to do it!
