About the role
Lincoln Castle is an award-winning heritage visitor attraction and we are looking for engaging people who will enjoy working in a fast -paced environment.
Working with a great team, you'll welcome visitors and help them to explore the site and talk to them about the Castle's rich and wonderful history. You'll demonstrate excellent people skills and put these into practice selling admission tickets, working in our shop and exhibition spaces.
Lincoln Castle is a truly unique place to work but this will be a demanding role and you will need to be confident working to performance targets.
This role operates on a rota system covering 35 hours per week, including some evening and weekend shifts to ensure our visitors have the best experience at Lincoln Castle.
About you
You'll have experience in customer service and sales, a great eye for detail and a genuine interest in Lincoln Castle and the visitor attraction industry.
Above all else, you will make sure that every single person who visits the site has an unforgettable experience and will want to come back and visit us time and time again.
