We have a full-time, permanent positions based in Lincoln.
The role
Working as a Management Support Officer (our internal job title for a PA), you will provide a Personal Assistant/Secretarial service as part of a Hub Team, assisting with the day-to-day requests that come in.
You will provide administrative support to Senior Managers, including meeting support, helping to manage diaries and phone calls. You'll also provide business continuity within the team to ensure we are providing the best possible support. The role is varied and fast paced, so if you thrive on undertaking a role with lots of variety, where no two days are the same, please apply!
What we're looking for
We need motivated individuals, with drive and determination and excellent communication skills. You'll also have a flexible, can-do positive attitude and a real desire to provide exceptional service while we transform this area of our Service. You should be confident supporting meetings, dealing with competing demands, and experienced with all aspects of Microsoft Office. Previous experience as a PA/secretary would be ideal.

The Business Support family work flexibly to meet the needs of all services across the organisation, this means that some of our roles require cover for later hours and weekend working.

Fluency Duty
