Exciting opportunity within the new Greater Lincolnshire Combined County Authority

We are hiring a Project Development Manager, starting in summer 2025. A job description is attached.

Working closely with lead officers across the GLCCA, the successful applicant will:

  • Develop a variety of projects and undertake research to identify opportunities

  • Progress project ideas and write funding applications

  • Appraise and support the development of new initiatives

  • Produce project documentation where required

You will work flexibly across all GLCCA portfolios, including transport, business and infrastructure, and employment and skills.

Employer
Please note, this role is with the Greater Lincolnshire Combined County Authority (GLCCA), not with Lincolnshire County Council.

Location and travel
The role will be based on-site in Lincoln, with occasional travel across Greater Lincolnshire and to partner locations.
