- Salary: £24,796 – £25,989 (Grade 3, pro-rata for part-time hours. Please note: The successful candidate will start at the bottom of the pay scale)

About the role:
As a Business Support administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our offices. Your responsibilities may include:
- Managing and organising office documents and records.
- Handling incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
- Assisting with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.
- Providing support to various departments/ services as needed.
- Maintaining office supplies and equipment.

Who we’re looking for
We are looking for people with :
- Strong organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- An ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
